A Foreleg (Partly Boned) is derived from a Forequarter by a cut commencing at the olecranon following the caudal aspect of the humerus, cutting through the junction of the scapular and the humerus, removing the Foreleg. The M. biceps brachii and associated muscles of the humerus bone are completely removed.
